  • No, I don’t offer free sessions.

    With all clients, I require a consultation call before your first session, so I can prepare a workout that’s right for you.

    I invest time and energy into planning your workouts to make every session count.

    But if for some reason you are not satisfied after your session, we can talk about a refund. I offer this to all my clients — no one has ever told me they weren’t happy. :-)

  • You can cancel 24 hours prior to our scheduled workout time. There will be a 50% charge if you cancel later than that.

    I kindly ask you to let me know as soon as you know you have to cancel. I only accept a few clients at a time, so my time is valuable to others.

  • The journey is a monthly subscription that focusses on a specific goal. It is actually my most popular product, because reaching your goals depends on a consistent lifestyle.

    The monthly subscription includes meticulous training plans and strategy (don’t worry, you just have to show up, I do the planning).

    We will schedule a minimum of two weekly workout sessions where you either workout with me or by yourself, using a workout plan that I provide you with specifically for that day.

    If you enjoy other sports like running or cycling, they can be implemented into your journey. We’ll also consider rest and recovery days according to your lifestyle. The plan will be updated regularly to fit your needs, so that you are always on the fastest track to your goals.

    In our regular mentoring calls, you will learn about a making adjustments and building habits for a healthier lifestyle, as well as improving nutrition and your sleep schedule. All the questions that might arise during your journey will be answered. You will share your preferences and we will celebrate your milestones together.

  • In-home training means I will come to your home, office, favorite park, etc. to train with you in person.

    The price per session depends on your location and the time of day you want me to come (think traffic and travel time).

    Please make an appointment for a free consultation call or contact me through the contact form to inquire about your specific rate.

    If we agree on a rate it will include the commute time, no matter what the actual commute time will be on that day. There will never be unexpected costs for you!

  • My studio is in Culver City. It is a small gym equipped with different types of weights, and cardio machines.

    I believe we all bring enough weight into the gym (i.e. our body weight), so working out with additional weight is usually not necessary to reach your goal.

    But the studio offers you the possibility of working out with me in person.

    Depending on your preference, I can give you tactile cues on how to exercise with good form.

    After your workout in the gym, you will enjoy a refreshing shower, a protein shake and green juice for your muscle recovery, and access to a beautiful pool and hot tub. You will feel amazing!

  • A journey is right for you when you want to work towards a certain goal and you are willing to commit to the time and energy involved in reaching that goal.

    Journeys include meticulous training plans. Depending on your goals and your fitness you’ll receive several workout sessions per week (live or on-demand).

    I will assess your progress along the way and adjust the plan accordingly so you can reach your goals quickly and efficiently.

    Consider booking single sessions if you don’t have the time to work out several times per week, if you want to spruce up your training routine or want to try out my training method.

  • A session will be as long as I believe is right for you (depending on your goal and fitness) and as short as you need it to be.

    My method for professional women and busy moms allows me to shorten the amount of time needed for an effective training session.

    Expect about half the time for a session compared to many other trainers.

    Always keep in mind that a short session will be just as effective as a longer one. It just makes the workout programming a little more difficult for me :-)

    A training session can be anything between 25 minutes to 1.5 hours. It really depends on your schedule.

  • In our consultation call before your first session, we will assess any injuries, goals and preferences.

    There is usually a way to have a safe and healthy workout despite any injuries.

    Should I feel like that I am not the right trainer for you, I will tell you. Should you have already paid for one or multiple sessions, you will get a full refund.

    Your health is always going to be my priority, and I will not shy away from sending you to someone else who is more equipped to work with you.

  • Promising you results on a specific timeline would be unprofessional of me.

    That being said, most of my clients start seeing first results after 8 - 12 weeks.

    Depending on where you start off, it can take as little as 6 months to reach your goal.

    It is important that you follow my advice on healthy lifestyle choices for consistent progress. The journey will become part of your life.

  • I don’t believe in any specific diet (science doesn’t either).

    I will guide you toward a healthy lifestyle with healthy and sustainable eating habits.

    You will understand what foods are good for you and which ones aren’t.

    You will know what to make for dinner and what to order at a restaurant.

    You will learn that there is no such thing as a “cheat day” and that eating has nothing to do with “cheating.”

  • Yes, it does. I have clients across Europe and South America.

    Also, traveling is no longer an excuse for not working out.

    I require you to have two cameras — for example, your laptop and your tablet or phone.

    We will position the cameras in a way that I can see you from at least two different angles, and in clearer dimensions. This way I can analyze your movement more accurately. I will make sure that you perform the movements correctly, minimizing your risk of injury and making sure you get the most out of your workout session.

  • Because I am that good!

    I take only a small number of clients at a time, and I work hard to pour all my time, energy, and knowledge into you. I believe that focusing my work on only a few clients will bring you better and faster results.

  • If you have to cancel a session with me during your journey, we will try to find a different date, ideally in the same week.

    If that is not possible, I will either send you a workout to do on your own or I will adjust your plan to this missed session.

    Your goal is always my priority!

  • Absolutely! Working out with a friend or going on a journey with a friend can be a lot of fun and very motivating.

    It is possible that you might be able to share some of the cost with your friend. Please contact me or book a free consultation to inquire about possibilities and rates.

  • Absolutely! I work with male clients as well — often, they are my female clients’ partners, but that doesn’t always have to be the case.

    Even though I specialize in female-specific fitness training and mentoring, my background in traditional exercise science does not necessarily distinguish between the genders.

  • To maximize the results of your training, I must be able to see you clearly — to ensure proper form.

    Therefore, you will dial into our chatroom with two cameras: for example, your tablet and your laptop.

    Together we’ll find the best locations for those cameras so that I can see you from at least two angles.
