Book a 1:1 in-person workout session in Venice. Your sessions will include:
Towel service
Refreshing shower
Healthy green juice
Protein shake to boost your muscle protein synthesis
60 minutes of pool and hot tub usage for optimal recovery

I cover West Side Los Angeles to downtown —feel free to inquire about your specific neighborhood (commute time is included in the price).

Starter Package
$520
This package includes an initial assessment, 1 training session (remote or in-person), and 1 mentoring call.
You’ll receive an 8-week workout plan tailored to your needs with 3-5 workouts per week.
If you’re purchasing your first session with me, it includes a 30-minute consultation call prior to your workout so that I can prepare a session that is right for you.
All 10-session packages include a lifestyle mentoring call.
*The length of the session depends on your personal needs.
All training sessions expire one year from date of purchase, face value valid for 3 years.
Your payments could be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement.
