I am a health and wellness consultant and certified personal and functional trainer who specializes in female health and healthy aging, in conjunction with sleep and work-life balance. An expert in adopting sustainable healthy habits, I help clients understand and implement best practices in nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, and more.

During my career in consulting and data analysis, I experienced firsthand the effects of overwork and chronic stress on mental and physical health — chronic pain, social burnout, unhealthy diet, and beyond. My holistic strategies for improving sleep quality, cognitive performance, and energy levels address the realities of the corporate career in favor of balance, optimizing health and well-being for peak performance.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and the latest peer-reviewed scientific research in exercise physiology, sports medicine, and nutritional science. As a consultant, I advise on and design corporate fitness and health programs that produce tangible results for companies and their employees.
