I have been working with a diverse group of clients worldwide for over 7 years — ranging from high-profile, professional women to those seeking personal fulfillment and growth.

I work primarily with women and specialize in female fitness and healthy aging. My heartfelt goal is to help women get healthier, happier, stronger, and more powerful — so you can be confident in looking and feeling your best.

I respect and understand many women's desire to look a certain way. With that understanding, I aim to chart a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for you. We will achieve your goals with health and longevity in mind, rather than seeking quick fixes. I want you to live your dream life, longer.

I will always be radically truthful about the path that will lead you to your goals.

There will be no magic pills, superfoods, or detox products — especially costly and ineffective ones that could potentially cause you harm. My training and nutrition are always based on scientific research in exercise physiology, sports medicine, and nutritional science. I will always prioritize your health and injury prevention.

Though I believe that health and fitness are serious, I know that it’s essential that we’ll make your journey fun: whether that means incorporating the types of workouts or food you enjoy. I’ll work hard so you don’t have to.

During my career in consulting and data analysis, I experienced firsthand what overworking and chronic stress can do to your body and mental health: including back and shoulder pain, lack of bandwidth for your social life, and even unhealthy food choices.

However, I also know what it feels like when you do exercise regularly: your sleep quality improves, you feel more energetic during your long days (no more relying on coffee and cookies for afternoon energy boosts), your cognitive performance improves, your body changes, unhealthy food cravings diminish.

I am a certified personal and functional trainer, certified in Germany and the US (by the National Academy of Sports Medicine). I continue to supplement my education in nutrition and exercise science with training, certifications, and research. Due to my scientific background as an economist, I follow a strictly science-based approach to fitness, health, and longevity.

And since I know that there is never enough time in a day, I developed a method allowing you to have effective workouts in under 40 minutes.
